Cowhide x Denim™

It’s one thing to make denim with leather patches or hide panels sewn onto denim, or A fully cowhide short. That’s been done.

What we’ve designed is different:

• The entire upper short waistband remain authentic five-pocket selvedge denim construction.
• Then, almost as if the jean has transformed, the legs become full hair-on hide rather than continuing in denim.
• It preserves the recognizable anatomy of a jean while introducing a completely different material for the lower body.

Every hide is naturally unique, variations in pattern, markings, texture, and color are expected and are part of the authenticity of genuine cowhide. We do our best to ensure each hide chosen is in pristine condition. Slight browning may occur on some patterns as a natural change in hair color in the black and white leathers. No two pairs are alike.

Sizing

Male Model: Wearing a size 34, 6'2

Female Model wearing a size 32, 5'8

This garment is made from rigid raw selvedge denim and genuine cowhide leather, both of which have little to no stretch. The fit is intentionally structured for aesthetic. We strongly recommend measuring your waist against our garment measurements before purchasing. If you are between sizes, size up.

Designed to be worn either low or high on the waist depending on your preferred fit.

We Recommend a lose fit. Purchasing exactly to waist will be a tighter fit and less comfortable. These are made to be worn low rise.
