How to measure
- Waist: Measure straight across the relaxed waistband.
- Front rise: Measure from the top of the front waistband to the crotch seam.
- Thigh: Measure straight across 1 inch below the crotch.
- Leg opening: Measure straight across the hem opening.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the inside hem.
- Outseam: Measure from the top of the waistband to the outside hem.
- Back rise: Measure from the top of the back waistband to the crotch seam.
Select the numeric size that matches your usual waist. All table values are garment measurements; allow ±0.25 inch for production tolerance.

Cowhide x Denim™ Selvedge Shorts
A hybrid construction that begins with the familiar anatomy of five-pocket raw selvedge denim at the waistband, then transforms into full hair-on cowhide through the legs. The result is neither patched denim nor a conventional leather short—it is a distinct material transition built into the garment.
Every genuine hide is unique. Natural variations in pattern, markings, texture, and color are expected; slight browning may occur in black-and-white hides as the hair naturally changes. No two pairs are alike.

Size & Fit
Please note: Genuine Leather Denim has no stretch. We HIGHLY Recommend sizing up. Our denim is designed to fit true to the stated waist measurement. For example, a size 32 inch measures approximately 16 inches when laid flat, equaling a 32-inch circumference. The waist is measured 2.5 inches from bellow button. This creates a close, fitted feel through the waist. If you prefer more relaxed fit that sits on hip, Hip is measured 6 inches from bellow button.
They are designed to be worn low-rise/relaxed or fitted to waist. Measure your waist against the garment measurements in circumference and desired fit before ordering and size up if between sizes. Purchasing your exact waist measurement will produce a tighter fit.
Male model is 6'2" and wears size 34. Female model is 5'8" and wears size 32.
Care & Handling
This garment combines two materials that respond differently to wear and environment. Handle each accordingly.
- Separating dark garments. Wash or spot-clean the denim waistband section separately from light-colored items. Do not store against pale fabrics during the break-in period.
- Spot care (preferred method). For light soiling, spot-clean the denim upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air-dry fully before wearing or storing.
- Washing. If a full wash is necessary, hand wash the denim upper in cold water with a small amount of mild detergent. Turn inside out. Avoid soaking the cowhide panels. Do not machine wash.
- Drying & shrinkage. Air-dry flat or hang away from direct heat and sunlight. Raw denim may shrink slightly with the first wet wash—factor this into your size choice if you are between sizes.
- Cowhide panels. Do not submerge or saturate the cowhide. Wipe clean with a dry or barely damp cloth. If the hide feels dry over time, a small amount of leather conditioner applied sparingly may help maintain suppleness. Avoid silicone-based products.
We recommend testing any cleaning product on an inconspicuous area first. Results may vary by hide.
Average delivery is 2–4 weeks, including production, preparation and transit. Any product-specific production estimate excludes transit. Tracking is sent after dispatch; destination, customs and production delays may affect arrival. See our Shipping Policy.
All sales are final, except where required by law. Eligible size exchanges or defective/incorrect-item requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging; exchanges depend on stock. Manifestation Collection items are excluded under the published policy.
